1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired or spoiled products
  • Missing items in the order

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of food products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items reported after the allowed reporting time

3. Refund Process

Once the issue is verified by our team:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, or
  • A replacement product/store credit may be provided based on the situation

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Eligible replacement requests will be processed after reviewing the proof shared by the customer. Replacement delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and location.

6. Important Note

Natural variations in color, texture, or size of dry fruits and nuts are normal and shall not be considered defects.
